UK Standard Delivery
Standard UK orders are delivered for FREE
DPD makes deliveries Monday through Saturday, and someone will need to be home to sign for your package.
You can track the progress of your delivery using the link provided in your order confirmation email.
Please note: It may take up to two business days for the first status update to appear in the order tracking system.
UK Next Business Day Delivery
Our next-business-day delivery service costs £4.95 per order.
You must place your order before 12:00 p.m. for it to be delivered the next business day.
Your order will be delivered by our courier, DPD, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and someone will need to be home to sign for the delivery.
To avoid waiting around, you will receive an email notification with the estimated one-hour delivery window for your
order. You can also track the progress of your delivery using the link in the “Order History” section of your “My Account” page at
. Please note that it may take up to 12 hours for your order to appear in the DPD system.
Next-business-day delivery is NOT available to the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, the
